Limited double white vinyl LP pressing. 2017 release. Roc Nation's own Vic Mensa releases his debut major label album. The Autobiography has an interesting mix of guest artists. Chief Keef, Pharrell, Saul Williams, Weezer, Syd of The Internet, Joey Purp, The-Dream and Ty Dolla $ign all appear on the album. From a musical standpoint, Vic Mensa drew inspiration from 1990s hip hop while making the album. He recruited No I.D. to executive produce The Autobiography. Mensa is a rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He was a member of the group Kids These Days, which broke up in May 2013, after which he released his first solo mixtape Innanetape. Mensa is also founder of the hip-hop collective Savemoney which includes frequent collaborator Chance the Rapper.
